Shipping policy

We ship via USPS and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

Due to Covid-19 conditions, we are doing everything we can to ship your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Therefore, current delivery times may a run a little longer than our standard, fast and reliable shipping.  

Most customers can expect to receive their orders within 3 to 8 days. 

There is no need to worry, because we are going to keep you updated every step of the way via email! 

  1. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. 
  2. When your order ships, we’ll send another with tracking information. 
  3. When your order has left our warehouse, you will see a link to track your package. 
  4. Lastly, you will receive another email when your order has arrived! 
Signatures for delivery are not required, the delivery service will leave your package at the door or with your doorman. 
Please note: All items purchased from DeVora.us are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means- the risk of loss and title for all items is pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 

At this time DeVora.US dose not ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses.
We currently only ship within the contiguous US.
